I am so stressed out.

Yes, I'm stressed out...perfect time to make another journal entry. I haven't slept in a day, I have 3 tests tomorrow, I have some subjects to do today, and this is driving me to tears...I am sooo stressed out...I've never been so stressed, I had a panic attack, A PANIC ATTACK! This is a problem...I have no idea what to do...
